Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ar500targetstands.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we provide after your claim is approved.

Once your return is approved, we will promptly send you clear instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be required to provide your own shipping label to return the item, unless the item is defective or if you received the wrong item. Please be aware that items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can address the issue promptly.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
